Cramp Calmer

For those suffering from menstrual cramps, clary sage essential is known to aid in women’s symptoms including menstrual cramps and hot flashes. The session will begin with massage in the abdominal area using clary sage essential oil and then a heated pack is placed over the sheet on the abdomen to deliver deep soothing heat. The entire massage will include the use of clary sage essential oil.

Textured Himalayan salt stones are heated and used in the massage to exfoliate, and deliver deep heat and electrolytes to the area of focus, facilitating the release and relief of muscle tension and soreness.

A heat pack can be used in any area of the body to deliver moist heat for general relaxation or prior to massaging the given area allowing for deeper work with less pain. Can be used on neck, back, and/or abdomen.

Luminous Light

An add-on service using an LED device that is FDA cleared and US-patented. The device emits specific wavelengths of light that can diminish inflammation, alleviating joint and muscular pain. It can even help with skin concerns such as acne and wrinkles. 30 minutes* will be for one area and 60 minutes** will cover two areas (30 minutes each area). Will be used on the chosen area(s) while massaging other areas.

Miracle Migraine Mender

Also known as the headache healer or sinus soother. This session includes three enhancements: cupping on the face to help stimulate flow and removal of lymph, then the face is massaged with chilled marble stones, and ends with the scalp stim with your choice of essential oil. Takes about 30 minutes of session.

Skinfinite Softener Mini

Same as the Skin Softener, a homemade unscented exfoliating treatment is be used to remove dead and dry skin revealing soft, smooth, and supple skin. Scrub is removed using moist heated towels. Can be customized by adding an essential oil of your choice. These focused scrubs are perfect for the hard to reach areas, or maintaining your pedicure and manicure between appointments. Can be used in the following 3 areas: back, hands, or feet.

 *If a full body massage is desired, a max of two areas can be done in a 60-minute session. All three would require a 90-minute session to allow sufficient time for massage.  

Tension Tamer

Therapeutic tools are used to stimulate blood flow to the areas with stagnant blood flow inducing tissue repair, regeneration, and recovery. Choose one of the following to perform in one are of your choice:  Cupping, Gua Sha, & Maderotherapy.

• Cupping: Incorporating varying sizes and types of cups with various techniques, we improve circulation to area of concern through the negative pressure created by the vacuum effect of the cups, promoting tension release and tissue healing.

• Gua Sha: Using medical grade stainless steel tools, Gua Sha is an effective scraping technique to stimulate healing. Due to the cool nature of metal, it will feel cold when used on the skin.

• Maderotherapy: Using smooth wooden tools blood and lymph flow is stimulated, assisting in pain releif, smoothing of the skin and reducing the appearance of cellulite*. Can be performed in your choice of arms, legs, abdomen, glutes, and back.
